1) How to become a member and see the prices?

In order to become a member you must have to submit your/or company's info, by clicking on "Contact us". After submitting your information, our sales department will reply via email with a username and password, that will give you full access to the members area.

2) How can I place my order?

There are three ways to place your order: Via email: By sending us an email with the style numbers, colors and quantities you would like to order By Phone: Calling to our offices at 602-233-0001, and one of our sales representatives will be glad to assist you. Via fax: Write your order and fax it to 602-233-0003.

3) What is our minimum purchase?

The minimum purchase is $200 per order.

4) What are the payments methods?

We accept all major credit cards, such as, Visa, Mastercard and American Express as payment methods.

5) What is the delivery time?

If the items are in stock, and the order is placed before 3pm pacific standard time, it will be shipped the same day. The delivery will take 2 to 5 business days to get to you depending on your location. If the order is placed after 3pm Pacific Standard Time, it will be shipped the next business day.

6) What is the shipping cost? Shipping costs always depend on the size and weight of the box where the goods will be packed. We will let you know your Grand Total at the moment you place the order. We ship the goods via UPS Ground. In case you need an expedite shipping, please let us know and we will take care of it.

7) What is the company's return policy?

Our company policy states that any DEFECTIVE item purchased at X-clusive rading may be returned for exchange or store credit within 7 days after receiving the goods. The customer is responsible of shipping charges at the time of returning any item.

8) What are the handbags and wallets made of?

All of our styles are handmade with the best, high- quality materials and hardware. The main material used is called PU or Poly-Urethane, which is a type of a high-end syntetic leather material. It is basically a lightweight material that is injected in a liquid formdirectly onto the leather (or other materials) upper creating a waterproof bond, softness, flexibility and resistance.

9) What is the jewelry made of?

Our Jewelry is carefully handmade in India with very exclusive and unique materials, such as, camel bone, 100% glass beads, horne, sea shells, fiber glass, wood, stones and others. All the necklaces are nickel free. t!
